Payment

• The full balance must be paid before the final photos are delivered. No exceptions.

• If you wish to purchase additional images beyond your selected package, payment must be received before editing and delivery can begin.

Editing & Artistic Expression

• We do not provide raw/unedited files under any circumstances.

• Our editing style is a reflection of our artistic vision. While we cannot accommodate full re-edits, we welcome your feedback before final delivery to ensure we align with your preferences.

Photo Usage & Rights

• Clients are granted personal usage rights, meaning you are free to print and share your photos for personal use.

• We retain the right to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you do not respond to any communication within one hour after your scheduled shoot time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking future sessions.
